Shipping & Returns Policy

What is my estimated delivery time?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation summary of your order directly to the email address you have provided to us.
If this information is in anyway incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@buywabisabi.com.au.

All orders are packed and sent within 48 hours. Please allow up to 72 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods and during the weekends.

We deliver nationwide with deliveries and aim for your order to be delivered within the following timeframes:

Metro Areas: approximately 7-10 days;

Regional Areas: approximately 2-3 weeks.

Tracking information is sent via email within 24 hours of the item being shipped. 

If you have not received your order within the abovementioned timeframe please email us with your order number. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and unfortunately you were not home! We can confirm to see where your parcel may be.

Shipping

WABI SABI Ships exclusively to Australia.

WABI SABI charge a fee of $8 for all Standard Shipping orders in Australia. WABI SABI use Australia Post which has a Standard Shipping time of 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping delays are unfortunately out of WABI SABI’s control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends of national public holidays.

WABI SABI charge a fee of $12 for all Express Shipping Orders in Australia. WABI SABI use Australia Post which has an Express Shipping lead time of 1-2 business days from the date your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping delays are unfortunately out of WABI SABI’s control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends of national public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification from WABI SABI with your tracking number.

If applicable, WABI SABI is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are still responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package. WABI SABI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.

Delivery

If you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you may be left a calling card. Your order may be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the parcel from your local post office with your Photo ID. Alternatively, your order may be redirected to WABI SABI by Australia Post.

Some packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.

There may be some delays with shipping which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility and/or liability for any of these processing delays.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided by you, then you must contact Australia Post to determine the status of their order. In the event Australia Post returns the order to WABI SABI, then you must pay to re-ship the order to your requested address.

 

Requests for change of address must be made directly with WABI SABI via the customer care team prior to your order being shipped. WAB SABI will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels if a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post. Returns & Refunds

The Refund Policy must be read in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Delivery Policy.

In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your WABI SABI Order, please contact us at info@buywabisabi.com.au. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within three (3) days of the delivery date and subject to the terms of this Refund Policy.

If your feedback is related to ingredients or the condition of the items received, the return of the product/s or a photograph will be requested to rectify your feedback. We reserve the right to decide if you are eligible for a full or partial refund, at our absolute and sole discretion. We may also decide to offer you a gift-card instead of a refund.

Our Refund Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of the acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a full refund. You will not be eligible for a refund for change of mind purchases.

If you are eligible for a refund, WABI SABI will process all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to 19 Banks Close, Bateau Bay NSW 2261 within 10 days of delivery.

It must be evident that the product has not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged.

If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. You will not be eligible for a refund if the seal of your WABI SABI product is broken or tampered with in any way.

Please note that refund will not include the shipping fee which will be deducted from the final amount you will be refunded for.

Please Note

  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash

  • Gift Cards cannot be reloaded

  • Gift Cards cannot be used after the expiry date

  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed

  • Unfortunately, we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. We do not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking

  • All customers are responsible for entering their correct billing and shipping address and will be held liable for any misrepresentation of shipment information
